Booking at Mercure hotel and other hotels should be avoided during the definition of the new conference date. Previous reservations performed at Mercure hotel and Novotel (through the past provided link and at a preferential rate) for May 2020 will be canceled. A new link for December 2020 booking will be provided as soon as possible. For other hotels, you have to take care of the cancellation.
