Gala banquet
The gala banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, in a beautiful historical place of Toulouse, named Hotel Dieu. Its cost is included in the registration fee. Additional tickets are available at a cost of 125 € (French VAT included).
Guided tours available for Wednesday afternoon
Wednesday afternoon will be dedicated to networking and guided tours of Toulouse major places. Attendees will have the choice between an English guided Airbus discovery tour and an English historical tour of Toulouse downtown. Cost is included in the registration fee. Additional tickets are available upon request.

This tour is limited to 98 participants due to the limitation of the group size and the allocated time. Places will therefore be preferentially allocated to the conference attendees.

2/ English historical tour of Toulouse : a taste discovery of its great monuments and courtyards
You will not only enjoy iconic monuments of Toulouse such as the Place du Capitole, the Jacobins church and cloyster as well as splendid views of the old city from the River Garonne banks, but also particular or hidden courtyards, related to the gold « pastel » age of Toulouse, this typical prized blue pigment in medieval times.
